Most expensive icecream ever.

"Fancy an icecream?"

Three little words that would lead the two of us (Rayleen and Lance - me) into a worl of land, settlement agents, signatures, bank loans, designs and upgrades, and I have been told that's the easy stuff!


It was a lazy holiday Monday afternoon and we decided to treat ourselves to an icecream at a town about 15, maybe 20 minutes away. On the way there we pass some sandwich boards advertising a little display home village off to our left. Turning to me Rayleen asks "Can we stop there on the way back? Just to look."

Famous last words; by the following Thursday we had approval in principle for the mortgages (thumbs up to the ANZ), placed a deposit on the block we wanted two days after that and decided on the house we both loved a week after that. Once we make our minds up we don't stuff about! :)
